What are precision die-cutting and film processing?
A processing method in which a die is pressed against a thin film or sheet to cut out shapes according to the shape of the die.
It offers extremely high dimensional accuracy and can handle machining down to the micron level.
Because it punches out at high speed, it excels in mass production, keeping the cost per unit down, and its advantage is its low price.
At our company, we can combine various tapes, PETs, and films of different thicknesses, materials, and shapes in a roll-to-roll process, and by combining presses, laminators, and other equipment, we can cut various films into shapes precisely according to drawings.
